Job Role: Construction manager MEP
Job Location : Chennai
As a Construction Manager at M Moser, you will:
Work with the team to develop project-related details including interior designers, site workers etc.
Monitor technical tasks for overall design and build projects, including Builder's Work, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Coordinate various trades on-site.
Supervising and managing site subcontractors' workers, including construction quality control and technical guidance.
Site inspection and site management for construction workers
Schedule and in charge of site meetings with clients.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including building codes and safety standards.
Handover the project to the client, including as-built documentation.
