Construction Manager

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing similar and comparable civil engineering projects across different locations
• Proven track record of managerial capability, demonstrated through directing and overseeing major civil engineering works, including projects of similar scale and complexity

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee safety compliance and risk management on site
