Location: Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With 15–20 years of extensive construction experience.
• Proven experience in handling mid-rise or high-rise building projects (preferably 10-storey or higher).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, cost control, and quality standards.
• Capable of managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Willing to be assigned on-site in Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.
• Can start ASAP.
