Construction Manager

ROLE:

• Handles the overall construction management (pre-commencement, project documentations, permitting, execution, commissioning, and closeout) by directing and coordinating all construction activities to ensure the implementation of all CAPEX projects within targets (quality, cost and time) to fulfill service obligations
• Completion of all CAPEX Projects within targets (quality, cost and time) to fulfill service obligations
• Review of all Project Work Plans
• Project Documentations
• Validated Contractor Billings
• 100% Compliance with Health and Safety Procedures and Instructions
• Zero Death/Accident

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an Engineering Course, With license in Civil Engineering an advantage
• With 5 years of work experience in construction/project management (with experience in construction of water and used water facilities an advantage)
