Construction Manager

Lieutenant Colonel or Major rank background preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction operations from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction practices, excellent multitasking abilities, and proven experience in handling site operations efficiently. Preference will be given to candidates with a Lieutenant Colonel or Major rank background.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction activities
Manage construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve site-related issues
Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and local authorities as required
