Construction Manager

Manage and supervise day to day works done at the project site. From initial project preparation until the completion and handing over of the project.

• Managing the site activities of construction projects
• Manage all project site related activities ( including preliminaries, structural, M&E, plumbing & Architecture related matters )
• Drive project site activities in accordance to project schedules and timeline
• Engage Engineering Service dept. to ensure the latest revised construction drawing are used
• Engage Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials needed
• Ensure minimum material wastage at site
• Manages and deploy resources (manpower, material, machineries) in accordance to project schedules & maintain maximum productivity
