Construction Manager

The position requires a Construction Manager with a strong consultancy background with high end hospitality project experience. This is a secondment role embedded with a highly reputable hospitality / hotel client in Singapore, acting as the client's representative to manage site execution and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities across assigned hospitality projects.
Act as the client's representative, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress to ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved programme, scope, and specifications.
Drive site safety performance and ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory and HSE requirements.
