Construction Manager - Tomlinson Infrastructure

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is accountable for the profitability of their designated business unit. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of managing projects, processes, customer relationships, and a team of employees within the division. As part of the senior leadership team for the Construction Division, the incumbent will participate in the management team meetings and work together to set strategic objectives for the group. Ongoing professional development of the project managers and the team – one on ones, project assistance/input etc.

Provide oversight and be accountable for the project deliverables; initiate project reviews and ensure risk are continuously assessed and mitigated
