About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Deputy Project Director, the Construction Manager will lead traffic management planning and coordinate with stakeholders and authorities, including representation at municipal and provincial traffic operations centres. The role provides strategic input to construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and workforce resourcing while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, labour relations, and training requirements. The position works closely with clients, unions, and internal teams to support safe and successful project delivery across Canada, the U.S., and international projects involving roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, airports, ports, highways, and large‑scale site development.
