Construction Operations

What you'll do:
• Handle day-to-day site operations
• Ensure works follow approved plans, details, and specs
• Coordinate with PM, site coordinators, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Check quality, measurements, and proper execution
• Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions
• Monitor progress and submit site updates

What we're looking for:
• Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate
• With site experience specifically interior fit-out
• Can read and interpret drawings confidently. Knowledgeable in MEPF.
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and maaasahan
• Can handle site pressure and multiple tasks
