Construction Principal

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Lead with 5-7 years of direct experience in delivering mission-critical data centre projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines minimum of Bachelor qualification, with a proven ability to manage complex construction in data centre from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader willing to be based in or frequently travel throughout the Johor area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and liaise with construction ground team, consultant and PMC to ensure work is complete as per the baseline programme.
• Liaise with the HSE to ensure the work site is always safe to work and without compromising non-approval method at site.
