Construction Project

$12/hour base pay (~$2100/mo)

Looking for an experienced coordinator to keep our construction projects and real estate transactions moving from start to finish.

We build and renovate single-family homes across a couple US markets. You'll run the office side - planning, scheduling, ordering, chasing people down - while our field team handles the physical work.

The job:

• Pre-construction: scopes, material lists, ordering, scheduling subs and suppliers
• Keep projects on track: coordinate with field team, chase vendors, manage schedules
• Transaction coordination: push home sales and loan closings to close
• Communicate with suppliers (WeChat/WhatsApp), drivers, agents, title companies

You:

• Experience in construction or real estate (or sharp and learn fast)
• Comfortable making calls and holding people accountable
• Fast typist, good with tech, uses AI tools
