Construction Project Director

(Infrastructure / Process / Data Centre / Energy /Industrial Projects)

Role Purpose

The Project Director shall have full P&L accountability for assigned business units and projects, responsible for business growth, commercial performance, technical governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at Board, Client, and Site level simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Leadership

• Drivestrategic business development by securing new key accounts, long-term framework contracts, and repeat business.
• Leadgo/no-go decisions for tenders based on commercial risk, margin, capacity, and contractual exposure.
