Construction Project Engineer

Wood is recruiting for Construction Project Engineers (Security) to join its Malaysia Business Unit, supporting the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects. The role will operate as part of the Onsite Owner's Representative team, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of all construction activities in alignment with Owner standards and project objectives.

The Role

The Construction Project Engineer (Security) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all physical security systems for new data center builds, expansions, and retrofits. This role ensures that all security infrastructure—access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter controls, and monitoring systems—are designed, installed, and commissioned according to corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
