Construction Project Estimator - Luxury Residential

Qualifications 23 years of construction estimating experience (required) 2+ years of residential construction experience (required) Experience in flooring, tile, stone, or countertop installation (preferred) Associates or Bachelors degree in math, architecture, construction management, or a related field (preferred) Construction certifications (e.g., CMIT or CCM) are a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, accurate calculations) Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and perform quantity take-offs Experience estimating labor and material costs Knowledge of tile and stone installation processes Understanding of residential construction and building codes Proficiency in Active Takeoff or similar digital measuring software Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Apps Fast and accurate typing skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multi...
