Requirements

• 2–3 years of construction estimating experience (required)
• 2+ years of residential construction experience (required)
• Experience in flooring, tile, stone, or countertop installation (preferred)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in math, architecture, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
• Construction certifications (e.g., CMIT or CCM) are a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively
