Construction Project Manager

We are a well-established and growing professional outdoor living specialist and construction company based in Auckland with major business focus on designing and installing custom pergolas, louvre roofs, sunrooms, canopies, aluminium gates, fences. We also build high-quality and modern residential properties across Greater Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Waiheke. 

We plan to build more houses in the future and we are now looking for a professional project manager to join us. 

Key responsibilities 

End-toend Management: Oversee the full Aluminium lifecycle, managing workshop capacities, installation processes, and material procurement.

Technical Oversight: Review blueprints, CAD files, and 3D visualizations to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Project Controls: Use software (POWERFAB) to track labour hours, forecast costs, and manage complex logistics for oversized loads.
