Construction Project Manager

A position is vacant for Construction Project Manager

• Supervise overall construction project from planning, organizing, controlling.
• Completing quality inspections- responsible for maintaining quality craftsmanship
• Supervising sub-contractors, limited construction workers and admin. staff
• Inspections maintain quality craftsmanship
• Manage and maintain job within budget

Requirements:

• Ability to relocate to Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico
• Minimum 5 years' experience as construction supervisor / in construction project management
• Good references
• Strong work ethic: Trustworthy / Loyal / Team Player
• High Construction Standards/Practices
