Construction Project Manager II- Energy & Infrastructure

Job Description ABM Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager within our PMO (Project Management Office) for our IS (Infrastructure Solutions) Group. The Project Manager is responsible for overall Project Management of IS, BES, ESCO type commercial projects which may include, Lighting, Building Envelop, Roofing, Solar, Field Replacements, HVAC/mechanical system installation, equipment repair, retrofits & replacements, commissioning & re-commissioning, control upgrades, energy audits, and chillers & plant equipment. The Project Manager will work independently to lead the planning, scheduling, control, and effective coordination of all parallel activities related to the management of multiple projects of moderate to high complexity from concept through close-out.
