Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with robust MEP technical experience to join our team in Kansas City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage multiple construction projects, focusing on major MEP equipment, HVAC, and roof replacements. You will work closely with a project manager to gain valuable training and experience.
Responsibilities:

+ Manage the development of project scope, schedule, and approved budget while ensuring superior client service.

+ Oversee multiple projects in various phases, from project identification through to financial closeout.

+ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

+ Conduct weekly meetings and document project-related issues.

+ Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
