Construction Project Manager

Job Scope :

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project timelines, assign tasks, and manage resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration towards project goals. Support the Tender team with technical and supporting documents, such as planning manpower and work programs.
• Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring efficient cost management and cash flow monitoring.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Quality Control: Ensure all project outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations.
