Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager

Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from planning and permitting to execution and closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to safety/quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, negotiating contracts, supervising subcontractors, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
