The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects in accordance with PMI’s PMBOK Guide standards. This role ensures that project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while balancing quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations.

1. Project Initiation & Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop a detailed project management plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare feasibility studies and business cases as required.
