Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage the construction process while overseeing the financial budgets, ordering and tracking materials and coordinating contractors. Our client is a major industrial company that manufactures and distributes many materials and specialty chemicals globally. Job Duties Develop and propose budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates.

Must perform the tasks of a cost estimator. Plan and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors. Help develop the construction projects with architects, engineers, and trade workers.

Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments. Manage and order appropriate materials and equipment. Provide accurate reporting and projections for inventory.
