Construction Project Manager – Scheduling & Coordination

• Lead the project team with project director for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.

• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting work

• Lead coordination of deliverables with other disciplines.

• Raises notices and prepares EOT with Project Director

• Raises notices on VO

• Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.

• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environment control measures.

• Direct consultation with authorities and internal team for meeting local authority requirements.

• Take an active part in technical meetings.

• Brings systems discrepancies, drawing dimensional issues, etc. to the attention of the Consultants
