Construction Project Manager

1. Coordinate work activities in construction site.
2. Managing consultants and sub-contractor to ensure smooth process in the construction work sites.
3. Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to interact effectively with project members at all levels.
5. Manage project setup, accruals, project closure etc.
6. Produce Progressive Report for multiple projects.
7. Min. 3yrs Construction Project Manager working experience in construction sector.
8. Remuneration commensurate with qualification and experience.
9. Prefer bilingual language.
10. Own transportation preferred.
