Construction Project Manager

Baycrest has been rapidly growing over the past few years and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Key deliverables include ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting team quarterly performance objectives, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand the project drawings and specifications/scope of work for each project.
• Interpret building plans, regulations, and building codes to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, engineers, clients, and governing authorities to achieve the scope of work.
