Job Description
Attend tender interviews
Provide support activities in procurement, attend
site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping
track of the entire project timeline
Undertake cost analysis for project work
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and
undertake feasibility studies
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
Prepare tender and contract documents, including
bills of quantities with the client
Provide advice on contractual claims
Responsible for taking off measurement and
monthly progress claim.
Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress
reports
Value completed work and arranged payments
Maintain awareness of the different contracts in
current use
Ensure the construction project is completed within
its projected budget.
Job Requirement
Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying
