About the Role
You'll own the full lifecycle of our fiber overbuild and in-unit retrofit projects across multi-family properties - from OSP backbone design and permitting through last-mile cabling and equipment turn-up. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on hitting schedules, holding budgets, and delivering quality work. You'll directly supervise internal install crews and manage subcontractor performance across multiple concurrent sites and regions. What You'll Do
OSP Overbuild & Fiber Distribution

• Lead buried OSP fiber overbuild projects, including make-ready and conduit work to property boundaries.
• Oversee route surveys, permitting (municipal, utility, private ROW), pole attachments, and 811 coordination.
• Manage placement of splice points, distribution nodes, and hand-holes/vaults per network design.
