Construction Safety Coordinator Role

Join AGT TES as a Construction Safety Coordinator to support safe operations across Ontario. Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations for field crews.
The role requires promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and WSIB standards. You'll coach team members, conduct inspections, and lead investigations to enhance safety practices. Regular on-site presence is needed for effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide safety precautions for worker protection
• Conduct planned inspections of safety equipment
• Act as emergency preparedness coordinator
• Monitor subcontractor documentation closely

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• At least 1 year in Health and Safety or Compliance
