Key Responsibilities
Strategic Safety Leadership
Adapt global safety deliverables into Thailand‑specific frameworks
Lead proactive, strategic construction risk management
Drive a strong safety culture across project and construction teams
Operational Safety Excellence
Develop/review Construction Safety Plans, frameworks, and SWPs
Support constructability reviews and pre‑construction safety assessments
Track and report safety KPIs, trends, and leading indicators
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and corporate HSE requirements
Field Safety & Compliance
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Support site teams in achieving HSE deliverables
Promote digital safety tools and reporting systems
