The Role

The Construction Safety Specialist works with the various departments within the organization in support of AvalonBay’s Corporate Safety and Health program to ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal safety and health regulations. While assigned to a particular community, or business unit, the Senior Safety Engineer can provide additional support to additional areas within the organization as needed.
