**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience with a strong foundation in consultative or solution‑based selling
+ Experience managing construction or installation‑based sales projects from proposal through completion
+ Project management experience coordinating timelines, scope, labor, and customer expectations
+ Background in construction management or hands‑on exposure to construction or installation environments
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear multiple hats in a territory‑based role
+ Working knowledge of blueprints, schematics, CAD drawings, RFQs, and labor bids
+ Experience partnering with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
