The
Sales Manager
is responsible for leading and executing Actuate Builders Inc.'s (ABI) business development and client acquisition strategies. The role focuses on generating high-value opportunities within the construction, engineering, design-build, and fit-out industry, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with ABI's strategic direction and Four Promises:
Quality Craftsmanship, Safety First, Excellent Client Experience, and On-Time Delivery

The Sales Manager serves as a key representative of ABI, building a strong pipeline of projects, managing end-to-end sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, QS, Estimating, Finance, People & Culture) to deliver winning proposals and service excellence.
