Construction Senior Associate

Our client, a well-known international law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its market-leading MEA Projects & Construction team, based in the UAE, to advise on complex, high-value construction projects across various sectors in the Middle East and Africa.

The role focuses on non-contentious construction law, with a particular emphasis on acting as Project Counsel -providing negotiation support, managing contracts, and advising on commercial and legal issues throughout the lifecycle of major international projects.

The ideal candidate will be between the 6-8PQE bracket and will have a strong background in construction contract management, in-depth knowledge of UAE and DIFC laws, and proven experience working within a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team. Strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills are essential, along with the ability to lead matters, collaborate within a high-performing team, and contribute to business development.
