Construction Senior Project Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to manage one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects, working closely with the site superintendent to lead the build team. Our project managers are technical and design savvy management pros who can see the big picture and the tiniest detail. A successful candidate operates from a place of integrity, professionalism, and diligence, always caring for critical relationships with our clients, partners, and in-house team. This position provides the opportunity to partner with superintendents to lead teams that are dedicated to the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a senior project manager, you’ll be responsible for:

+ Ensuring thorough and competent management of project schedule, budget, resource allocation, and documentation during the complete lifecycle of the build

+ Maintaining timely and effective communication with team, field, client, owner’s rep, design partner, etc.
