Construction Site Manager

Major Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Direct daily operations on‑site, ensuring that all activities align with the approved architectural and engineering plans.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a detailed construction timeline, managing milestones for structural works, electrical/plumbing installation, and finishing.
• Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and oversee the deployment of labor and heavy equipment.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Material Usage Oversight: Monitor material usage to prevent wastage and ensure the project remains within the allocated budget.
