Construction Site Safety Supervisor

The Construction and Demolition Site Safety Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction workers and the general public at construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, enforces, and continuously improves safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with Holcim HSE standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Conducts risk assessments, environmental impact evaluations, and audits to identify hazards, implement mitigation measures, and ensure compliance.
• Designs, delivers, and oversees safety training, drills, and PPE programs for construction personnel and employees.
• Investigates accidents and near-misses, determines root causes, and recommends preventive actions.
• Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address safety and environmental concerns and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
