Job Description
Oversee multi-family apartment construction as a dedicated Site Superintendent. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget by coordinating all field activities and subcontractor work.
This role entails direct supervision of construction processes, scheduling subcontractors, and facilitating smooth operation through daily inspections and coordination with local jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a detailed job site log, enforcing quality control measures, and ensuring all safety documentation is completed accurately.
