This top law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their nationally recognised practice who provide the complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of Construction law.

The department advise on construction risk management from procurement to completion and act for a broad range of private and public sector clients including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. They work across a wide range of sectors including commercial development, PRS, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy and investment.

With 5+ years' PQE, you will manage your own caseload and draft and negotiate on all the major standard forms of contract, including JCT and NEC4. You can expect to be involved in a range of projects including multi-million pound developments. You...
