Construction Solicitor Partner – 4342

Overview

We are looking for a Construction Law Partner to join a growing team in Dublin. This is for a long-established specialist construction law department based in Dublin for an International Law practice focused on this growing and very lucrative field of law.

It is also a key hire for a notably successful department and practice with offices on three continents, and would see you working on both contentious and non-contentious matters on major international and domestic contractors with high-value prestigious projects.

They are seeking ideally, those with experience in some or all of the following.

• Acting and advising in respect of claims against employers, contractors, Design Team professionals (engineers, architects, surveyors etc.) contractors and sub-contractors.


• 8 + Years PQE  or substantially in excess of 8 years
