Construction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction and improvements of Lawson Convenience Stores
• Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering plans for the implementation of the project
• Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Color schemes, material selections, shop drawings, RFI/RFA)
• Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
• Prepares project estimates and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
• Willing to do field work
• Has experience in retail fit-out interior works
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Preferably licensed Civil Engineer.
