Construction Superintendent

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing on-site project execution, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and company standards for safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in heavy civil construction , including asphalt paving, road construction, and drainage/service installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities for heavy civil construction projects with varying scopes.
• Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates or issues with the Project Manager.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project requirements are met and conflicts are resolved proactively.
• Work closely with Project Managers to achieve project goals and timelines.
