Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent is an ambassador of Villagree Luxury Homes and performs oversight of the construction and successful build of multiple luxury custom homes from dirt to delivery. Works closely with other team-members, such as the Construction Manager, Interior Design team, Accounting, etc. for a collaborative and efficient workflow. Employ highly effective skills in time management, scheduling, quality assurance, problem-solving, and multi-tasking. Perform strict daily oversight and string quality assurance in the field, anticipate and overcome obstacles, and implement jobsite security and safety protocols while maintaining a well organized project flow.
