Job Description
P.B. Brown is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with an active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) to oversee and manage the building of a self-storage project in Roxbury, MA. This project is due to start in July 2026. Must have experience managing ground-up commercial construction. Procore Management software experience is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall on-site supervisory and technical management on the construction project site. Ensure client satisfaction is maintained. High level of control in planning and coordinating field activities. Works closely with the Project Manager, often during the planning and buyout of the project.
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed by design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A-E representatives, other contractors, etc.
