Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and building codes. Report to the sites early in the morning at 6 a.m. to make sure workers are at the client work sites on time and attend the TBM on daily basis.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce strict safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule subcontractors and construction workers to meet project deadlines. Manage construction workers and make sure they reach on sites in a timely manner.
• Need to visit the worker dormitories to ensure workers are staying in safe and healthy conditions.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to prevent workflow interruptions.
