Review and supervision in the development of the operating philosophy.
Review and supervision of the procurement stage of the GCN to conform to the detailed engineering documentation.
Review and support with the technical documentation required in the processing of permits and studies.

Perform pre- and post-shipment inspections to verify the quality, quantity, and packaging of goods and check that proper documentation is in place.
