Construction Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, on‑going basis in the knockdown rebuild and dual occupancy sector. Every home, whether it be a standalone luxury residence or dual occupancy development, showcases architectural elements, cutting‑edge design, and bespoke interiors.

As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds in the Melbourne South East region (Brighton/Caulfield area) from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include:

Coordinate and manage trades, establish a reliable trade base

Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders

Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
