Construction Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations on-site for our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with building codes and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople on-site.
Plan and assign tasks according to project schedules and blueprints.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations (WSH Act) and company policies.
Monitor work progress, quality control, and material usage.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Maintain accurate daily reports (e.g., manpower, progress, incidents).
