Job Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in foundation, framing, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting.

• Job Site Coordination - Manage day-to-day activities on site and ensured that the project runs smoothly from start to finish as per Building code.

• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors

• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

• Manage construction sub-trades and suppliers on the job site and mitigated issues as they came up in the course of a project

• Requisition materials and supplies

• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions

• Prepare work progress reports
